Ibrahim George Dardas: Leading a Construction Team From the Front
Good builders are not always good leaders. Laying bricks well and getting twenty people to work as one team are very different skills. Sydney builder Ibrahim George Dardas has had to learn both, and his approach is refreshingly simple: lead from the front, stay close to the work and treat everyone on site the same way. Like most people in the industry, he was shaped by others along the way, and the key influences in his life still show in how he treats his crew today.
